Conditions:

Our tours are subject to changes in the order of activities, which may vary depending on the day, due to weather conditions, number of passengers or organizational reasons. However, we do all the activities detailed in the itinerary.

  • You can change the start date of your tour up to 5 days before without any penalty.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  1. All cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the start of the tour will be charged at 100% and are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. All cancellations made between 11 and 29 days before the start of the tour will have a 50% charge.
  3. All cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the tour will receive a full refund, minus fees and bank fees.
  4. Cancellations for medical reasons may be refunded up to 50% upon presentation, by post or email, of a medical certificate signed by the client’s doctor.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 What time does the jungle tour start?

The start of the tour usually depends on your arrival time, around 10:00 AM. When booking, please let us know your arrival time so that we can pick you up and start the tour or join the group if you arrive after 10:00 am.

What time does the tour end on the last day?

Tours end around 2:00 PM. After lunch, transfer to the airport, bus terminal or hotel. If you have a late flight or bus, or if you are staying one night in the city, you can spend more time in the accommodation and be transferred to the city depending on the departure time of the next flight. What if I have a very late flight or bus? You can coordinate with our staff to leave later if you wish, and you can also do some additional activities.

Is there wifi in our lodge?

Yes, we have wifi, from 7:00 to 21:00.

Why is our price lower than other companies and do we have the best price?

We have the best price because we are the local owners and tour operators. Our family was born in this area and we love our work. We want to provide you with the best service at a good price. 🙂

 What things should I bring for the jungle tour?

Flashlights with enough batteries for night walks, binoculars, insect repellent with more than 30% DEET, bottle of water for the first day.

What clothes should I wear for the tour?

We recommend comfortable walking pants and long sleeve shirts, but if you bring a good repellent you can dress in short clothes, trekking shoes in case it rains we will provide you with rubber boots for the tour, so we will give you the boots upon arrival in Puerto Maldonado, office.

 Do I need to bring extra money for the excursion?

We recommend that you bring some cash in case you wish to have any additional drinks at the accommodation, as soft drinks, beer, other drinks and/or tips for the staff will be available.

 Why the price of standard rooms and bungalows?

We are always improving our service, that’s why we now have bungalows with more privacy and hot shower. When making your reservation, you must choose a bungalow; Of course, the price is higher for this type of room.

Is there electricity in the cabin?

Yes, we have solar panels. We are an eco-friendly accommodation. Please help us take care of the planet and use electricity very carefully; only for recharging cameras and phones, not for other energy-hungry appliances. Electricity service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

If I have an allergy or disease, do I need to report it beforehand?

Of course, so that we can provide you with a good service and help you know how to report any diseases and/or allergies you have.

Do you have the option of vegetarian or vegan nutrition on the tour?

Yes, of course we have options for vegetarians and vegans, just send us an email asking for your food requirements.
